Convenience of the mobile app is great. Systems have been upgraded in the last few months that allow for real time looks at your account.
Staff if friendly however their systems are way out dated. Direct deposits don't post until 9:00 am or later and the staff can't tell you if you have pending deposits maybe a training could help with this. But the direct deposit timing is my issue mainly!!
