Ok, so, we just had Breakfast at Carla's. This was our first time here and we will DEFINITELY be back. This nice little mom and pop style cafe is most definitely worth stopping in. The service was super good and friendly, we felt so at home. The local crew that was in there was very so welcoming and friendly and entertaining and the food and coffee was great!
First of all, do not let the picture fool you, Carla's is in the same building as the laundry mat.
We got there around 12:20pm and to their credit it was after the lunch rush had wiped out the specials. The off the menu items were good. I had the hamburger steak with onions and gravy. It looked small but was incredibly filling. I enjoyed the salad that came with it, but be prepared it looks a little underwhelming. When we had service it was fantastic, but they were pretty busy cleaning up after the rush. I will be trying to make it earlier to try that lunch special, it must really be something!
